In de kop van dit pop-up actiescherm is links als titel de Naam, afdeling(kort) en functie van de medewerker getoond.
In the header of this pop-up action screen, the Name, department (short) and function of the member of staff are shown on the left as the title.
In de rechter bovenhoek van het actievenster is een hamburger menu-icoontje geplaatst. Bij het activeren van deze knop wordt nu het generieke deel van het rechtermenu getoond. Hierin staan de icoontjes uit het rechter menu, help werking scherm, print content en eventueel het uitlog icoon (*).
In the top right-hand corner of the action window, a hamburger menu icon has been placed. On activating this button, the generic part of the right-hand menu is now shown. This contains the icons from the right-hand menu, help werking scherm, print content and, if applicable, the log-out icon (*).
Onder de icoontjes wordt het schermnummer vermeld (handig voor indienen van bevindingen of wensen) en daaronder het actieve Mozard release nummer.
Below the icons the screen number is stated (handy for submitting findings or wishes) and below that the active Mozard release number.

Onder de kop worden de volgende items getoond:

- in de kop wordt de naam, functie en organisatieonderdeel van het actieve functieverband van de medewerker getoond,in the header the name, function and organisational unit of the member of staff's active functieverband are shown,
- in het 1e blok wordt het telefoonnummer, het organisatieonderdeel, de functienaam en het e-mailadres getoond,in the 1st block the telephone number, the organisational unit, the function name and the e-mail address are shown,
- indien de medewerker meerdere actieve functieverbanden heeft wordt het 2e blok Wijzig actief functieverband naar, met daaronder de/het te selecteren andere functieverband(en) als functie+(org.eenheid) getoond (bij wisselen naar ander functieverband blijkt het hoofdscherm actief indien mogelijk),if the member of staff has several active functieverbanden, the 2nd block Wijzig actief functieverband naar is shown, with below it the other functieverband(en) to be selected as function+(org. unit) (on switching to another functieverband the main screen appears active if possible),
- indien het functieverband rechten heeft op meerdere klantcontactrollen wordt in het 2e of 3e blok Wijzig klantcontactrol naar, met daaronder de/het te selecteren andere klantcontactrol(len) getoond.if the functieverband has rights to several klantcontactrollen, the 2nd or 3rd block Wijzig klantcontactrol naar is shown, with below it the other klantcontactrol(len) to be selected.
- als laatste blok wordt de verwijzing naar het Profiel getoondas the last block the reference to the Profiel is shown
Rechts onderin het scherm worden de actie knoppen x Annuleer en Log uit getoond.

*) log uit wordt rood getoond indien voor toegang tot de omgeving niet ingelogd moet worden (SSO of SAML). Dan wordt onderstaande melding getoond: “Uitloggen niet mogelijk zonder formulier login. Als u via Single Sign-On bent ingelogd, dient u via die dienst uit te loggen.”
