Een zaak is een hoeveelheid werk waarvan kwaliteit en doorlooptijd bewaakt moeten worden. Dat geldt uiteraard ook voor de processen met betrekking tot het uitvoeren van de archiveringsproces. Mozard biedt de mogelijkheid om de processen rondom het uitvoeren van de archivering, het bewaren, het overbrengen en het vernietigen, geheel zaakgericht en binnen de suite af te handelen conform de eisen zoals gesteld in de NEN-2082 normering.
A case (zaak) is an amount of work whose quality and lead time have to be monitored. That naturally also applies to the processes relating to carrying out the archiving process. Mozard offers the possibility of dealing with the processes surrounding the carrying out of the archiving, the retention, the transfer and the destruction entirely zaak-oriented and within the suite, in accordance with the requirements as set in the NEN-2082 standard.
Met de Mozard Suite kunt u uw zaakdossiers dus geheel conform de wettelijke normen archiveren en verwerken. De uiteindelijke inrichting van deze archiveringsprocessen is echter flexibel en biedt ruimte aan de organisatie om hier een eigen draai aan te geven, geheel naar wens van de organisatie. With the Mozard Suite you can therefore archive and process your zaakdossiers entirely in accordance with the statutory standards. The eventual set-up of these archiving processes is however flexible and leaves the organisation room to put its own slant on this, entirely as the organisation wishes.
