Rechten of autorisaties voor toepassingsonderdelenRights or authorisations for application components

Bij de verschillende toepassingsonderdelen wordt geregeld dat de betrokkenen voor het betreffende toepassingsonderdeel bepaalde rechten/autorisaties hebben. De rechten kunnen, in de meeste gevallen, toegekend worden op basis van:

At the various application components it is arranged that those involved have certain rights/authorisations for the application component in question. In most cases the rights can be granted on the basis of:

  • functieverband (medewerker)functieverband (member of staff)
  • functie (naam)job (name)
  • organisatieonderdeel (inclusief/exclusief onderliggende org. onderdeel)organisational unit (including/excluding the underlying organisational unit)
  • functierollen (directeur, afdelingshoofd, etc)job roles (director, head of department, etc)
  • groepengroups

Je kunt zoeken op een medewerker en vervolgens de medewerker, functie of organisatieonderdeel selecteren. De groepen en functierollen worden via een aparte knop geselecteerd. Dit alles op basis van de inrichting van Mozard Medewerker/Telefoongids. Zorg er dus voor dat de gegevens in Mozard Medewerker up-to-date zijn.

You can search for a member of staff and then select the member of staff, job or organisational unit. The groups and job roles are selected through a separate button. All of this on the basis of how Mozard Medewerker/Telefoongids is set up. So make sure the data in Mozard Medewerker is up to date.
