Naast dat de zaaktype inrichter de instellingen van het wat te doen blok bij de statustypen (2 t/m 8) en resultaattypen kan beheren kunnen ook ‘gewone gebruikers’ hiervoor geautoriseerd worden.

In het dirigentje van behandelen zaak wordt dan de optie ‘Beheer instellingen blok ‘Wat te doen?’’ zichtbaar. Met deze optie kan voor het betreffende zaaktype de instellingen voor het ‘Wat te doen’ blok aangepast worden.
