In het zaakbak overzicht en de zaakbehandelschermen wordt in de zaakregel een kleurenbalk getoond. De kleurenbalk bestaat uit zogenaamde zaakregelrondjes waarmee je heel snel alle onderdelen van de zaak kunt benaderen, met zo weinig mogelijk handelingen. Je kunt zelf bepalen of en hoe de verschillende zaakregelrondjes getoond worden.
