Using cloud storage space is possible in the following cases:
- jouw organisatie heeft een FTP distributiecloud beschikbaar gesteld, waarbij een submap is aangemaakt met als naam jouw in Mozard gebruikte inlogcode (in kleine letters)your organisation has made an FTP distribution cloud available, in which a subfolder has been created named after the login code you use in Mozard (in lower case)
- bij jouw organisatie is de dropbox APP gekoppeld en je hebt een Dropbox accountthe Dropbox app has been linked at your organisation and you have a Dropbox account
Je kunt de distributiekoppeling aanzetten bij mappen/dossiers waarvoor je minimaal raadpleegrechten hebt.
You can switch the distribution link on at folders/dossiers for which you have at least consultation rights.
