Wijzigen status zaakChanging a case (zaak)'s status

Door vanuit het Dirigentje bij de zaak of via het zaakstatusrondje te klikken kom je in het scherm voor het wijzigen van statussen. Elke zaak heeft ten minste 4 statussen:

By clicking from the Dirigentje at the zaak or through the zaakstatus circle, you get to the screen for changing statuses. Every zaak has at least 4 statuses:

  • ontvangenontvangen (received)
  • geaccepteerdgeaccepteerd (accepted)
  • in behandelingin behandeling (being handled)
  • afgehandeld (het resultaat)afgehandeld (settled — the result)

Een zaak kan uit maximaal 9 statussen bestaan; bij meer dan 4 statussen wordt status 3 in behandeling veelal uitgesplitst in meerdere specifieke acties en dus statussen.

A zaak can consist of at most 9 statuses; at more than 4 statuses, status 3 in behandeling is generally split up into several specific actions and therefore statuses.

De MuziekspelerThe Muziekspeler

Voor het wijzigen van de status kan ook gebruik gemaakt worden van de zogenaamde Muziekspeler. Deze heeft de volgende knoppen:

The so-called Muziekspeler (music player) can also be used for changing the status. It has the following buttons:

Stopgebruik de stop-knop om de zaak direct af te breken met een bijzonder resultaat. Deze knop heeft dezelfde werking als de R in de kleurenbalk;use the stop button to break the zaak off straight away with a special result. This button works the same as the R in the colour bar;
Pauzegebruik deze knop om naar het scherm te gaan waar je de zaak kan opschorten. Indien de zaak is opgeschort zal deze knop veranderen in een “afspelen” knop;use this button to go to the screen where you can suspend the zaak. If the zaak has been suspended, this button will change into a “play” button;
Afspelenbeëindiging opschorting om weer verder te gaan met het behandelen van de zaak. Deze knop heeft dezelfde werking als de rechter O in de kleurenbalk;ending the suspension in order to carry on handling the zaak again. This button works the same as the right-hand O in the colour bar;
Vooruitvoor het wijzigen van de status van de zaak naar de volgende status. De S in de kleurenbalk heeft dezelfde werking;for changing the zaak's status to the next status. The S in the colour bar works the same;
Snel vooruitvoor het wijzigen van de status van de zaak in status 1 direct naar status 3 in behandeling nemen. Het rondje met statusnummer 1 in de kleurenbalk heeft dezelfde werking.for changing the status of a zaak in status 1 straight to status 3 in behandeling nemen. The circle with status number 1 in the colour bar works the same.
