Schermhelp Overzicht ZaaktypenSchermhelp Overzicht Zaaktypen

In het scherm Overzicht Zaaktypen worden de zaaktypen getoond waar jij minimaal raadpleegrechten voor hebt.

In the Overzicht Zaaktypen screen, the case types (case types (zaaktypen)) for which you have at least consultation rights are shown.

ZoekenZoeken

Via het zoekveld kun je zoeken op de zaaktype naam of de afkorting van de verantwoordelijke afdeling.

Through the search field you can search on the name of the zaaktype or the abbreviation of the responsible department.

Voer in het zoekveld (een deel van) de zaaktypenaam in of van de afkorting van de verantwoordelijke afdeling. Na gebruik van de Enter toets of de zoekknop wordt het zoekresultaat getoond.

In the search field, enter (a part of) the name of the zaaktype or of the abbreviation of the responsible department. After using the Enter key or the search button, the search result is shown.

Door te klikken op een verantwoordelijke afdeling, in het overzicht, worden alleen de zaaktypen van de betreffende afdeling getoond.

By clicking a responsible department in the overview, only the zaaktypen of the department in question are shown.

The overview displays the following columns:

Zaaktypenaamis de korte naam van het zaaktype (de lange naam van het zaaktype wordt alleen gebruikt in de communicatie met de klant). Van elk zaaktype (vertaling van een bedrijfsproces) wordt een zaakbak aangemaakt. In deze zaakbak zitten alle zaken behorende bij het zaaktype; indien geklikt wordt op een zaaktype omschrijving, worden de zaken van dit zaaktype getoond; ga je met de muisaanwijzer over de zaaktypenaam dan wordt ook het zaaktype nummer getoond;is the short name of the zaaktype (the long name of the zaaktype is only used in the communication with the customer). For every zaaktype (the translation of a business process) a zaakbak is created. This zaakbak contains all cases (zaken) belonging to the zaaktype; if a zaaktype description is clicked, the zaken of this zaaktype are shown; if you go over the name of the zaaktype with the mouse pointer, the zaaktype number is shown as well;

  • N: maak nieuwe zaak; bij de inrichting van sommige zaaktypen is aangegeven dat vanuit de zaakbak een nieuwe zaak gestart kan worden door het invullen van het gekoppelde webformulier; de achtergrond van de N is Groen indien dit mogelijk is;N: create a new zaak; in the layout of some zaaktypen it has been indicated that a new zaak can be started from the zaakbak by filling in the linked web form; the background of the N is Green if this is possible;
  • het 2e onderdeel van de kleurenbalk geeft aan of en hoeveel zaken in status 1 staan;the 2nd part of the colour bar indicates whether and how many zaken are in status 1;
  • de achtergrond is Groen als de zaken minder dan 2 dagen in status 1 staan;the background is Green if the zaken have been in status 1 for less than 2 days;
  • de achtergrond is Rood als zaken meer dan een dag in status 1 staan;the background is Red if zaken have been in status 1 for more than a day;
Kruimelpadin het kruimelpad wordt aangegeven in welk hoofdzaaktype, welke hoofdzaak, welk deel of -vervolgzaaktype en in welke deel of -vervolgzaak je je bevindt.the breadcrumb indicates which hoofdzaaktype, which hoofdzaak, which deel- or vervolgzaaktype and which deel- or vervolgzaak you are in.
