Welke archiefkenmerken worden getoond?Which archive attributes (kenmerken) are shown?
Afhankelijk wat bij het resultaattype in het zaaktype voor de archiefkenmerken is geconfigureerd en de status van de archief- en vernietiging- of overbrengingprocedure worden de volgende velden getoond:
Depending on what has been configured at the resultaattype in the case type (zaaktype) for the archive kenmerken, and on the status of the archive and destruction or transfer procedure, the following fields are shown:

Het laatste veld Datum documenten vernietigd zal nooit gevuld te zien zijn omdat dan ook alle metadata van de zaak is ‘vernietigd’. Alleen het zaaknummer, het zaaktype, het resultaattype en de start- en afhandeldatum worden niet vernietigd, dit in verband met de statistische gegevens die nog van belang kunnen zijn.
The last field, Datum documenten vernietigd, will never be seen filled in, because by then all the zaak's metadata have been ‘destroyed’ as well. Only the zaaknummer, the zaaktype, the resultaattype and the start and completion date are not destroyed, this because of the statistical data that may still be of importance.
