Het is in dit scherm alleen mogelijk een autorisatiegroep toe te voegen, de overige autorisatieobjecten worden door Mozard aangemaakt.
In this screen it is only possible to add an authorisation group; the other autorisatieobjecten are created by Mozard.
Een autorisatiegroep kan in een toepassingsonderdeel toegevoegd worden om rechten te geven. Denk hierbij aan de groep Iedereen, alle ambtelijke medewerkers zijn hierin onder gebracht door de hoogste organisatieonderdelen te selecteren met onderliggende onderdelen. Aan veel interne webformulieren zal bij rechten voor gebruik van het formulier de groep iedereen zijn toegevoegd.
An authorisation group can be added in an application component in order to give rights. Think here of the group Iedereen; all official members of staff have been placed in it by selecting the highest organisational units with their underlying units. At many internal web forms, the group iedereen will have been added at the rights for using the form.
Groep toevoegenAdding a group
Klik op de knop of verwijzing Voeg autorisatiegroep toe rechtsboven om een autorisatieobject toe te voegen. Vul vervolgens de naam van de autorisatiegroep in en bewaar de groep via de knop of verwijzing rechts boven in het scherm. Vervolgens kunnen de rechten aan deze nieuwe groep worden toegevoegd.
Click the Voeg autorisatiegroep toe button or reference at the top right to add an autorisatieobject. Then fill in the name of the authorisation group and save the group through the button or reference at the top right of the screen. After that, the rights can be added to this new group.
Door op de naam van een groep te klikken kan de naam van de autorisatiegroep aangepast worden.
By clicking on the name of a group, the name of the authorisation group can be changed.
