Links boven in het scherm wordt het kruimelpad getoond Overzichtresultaat: + [naam overzicht].
At the top left of the screen the breadcrumb is shown, Overzichtresultaat: + [naam overzicht].
Rechts wordt de knop Overzicht naar Excel getoond. Hiermee wordt Excel (of een ander merk Spreadsheet) geopend en het overzicht in het spreadsheet geladen.
On the right the button Overzicht naar Excel is shown. With it, Excel (or another brand of Spreadsheet) is opened and the overview is loaded into the spreadsheet.
Daaronder wordt het resultaat blok over de volledige breedte van het scherm getoond. De resultaten worden in platte-tekst-kolommen naast elkaar worden getoond.
Below that, the result block is shown across the full width of the screen. The results are shown in plain-text columns next to one another.
Op de 1e regel wordt de naam van het overzicht getoond Overzicht: + [naam overzicht]. Op de 2e regel worden de kolomkoppen van het overzicht getoond.
On the 1st line the name of the overview is shown, Overzicht: + [naam overzicht]. On the 2nd line the column headings of the overview are shown.
Met een klik op de kolomnaam wordt overzicht van A naar Z gesorteerd op de betreffende kolom. Dit laatste werkt alleen indien in de query samenstelling niet de opdracht order by is gebruikt.
Clicking the column name sorts the overview from A to Z on the column in question. This last point only works if the statement order by has not been used in the composition of the query.
Onder de kolomkoppen worden de resultaat regels van de query getoond.
Below the column headings, the result lines of the query are shown.
Passen alle kolommen niet op het scherm, dan verschijnt onderaan het overzicht een horizontale scrollbalk. Met een muis kan met behulp van de shift-toets (linker toets) horizontaal gescrold worden voor als het overzicht ook erg veel regels heeft.
If not all columns fit on the screen, a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the overview. With a mouse, using the shift key (left key), you can scroll horizontally, for when the overview also has very many lines.
