Als iemand anders dan gebruikers met behandelrechten een document in een dossier plaatst ontstaat er een rode D: dus als een document wordt toegevoegd via reactie aanvrager of als bijlage zaak via postintake zal het document wel als ongelezen worden gemarkeerd.
If someone other than users with handling rights places a document in a dossier, a red D appears: so if a document is added through reactie aanvrager or as a bijlage case (zaak) through the postintake, the document will indeed be marked as unread.
Wanneer medewerkers met behandelrechten voor de zaak (zaaktype) documenten plaatsen in het dossier levert dit geen rode D op. Gevolg is wel dat indien een collega (niet zijnde de toegewezen behandelaar) een document plaatst in het zaakdossier, dit document apart via documentkenmerken als ongelezen gemarkeerd moet worden, als signalering voor de behandelaar.
When members of staff with handling rights for the zaak (case type (zaaktype)) place documents in the dossier, this does not produce a red D. One consequence is that if a colleague (not being the assigned handler) places a document in the zaakdossier, this document has to be marked as unread separately through the document attributes (kenmerken), as a notification for the handler.
