Hoe wordt het zoekresultaat getoond?How is the search result shown?
In het resultaatscherm onder het kruimelpad wordt een zoekregel in plaats van de selectieregel getoond met links het filtericoon vervolgens Gezocht en per gebruikte zoekoptie de optienaam grijs met zoekvoorwaarde. Vervolgens wordt het potloodje getoond om de actieve zoekopdracht te wijzigen.
In the result screen, under the breadcrumb, a search line is shown instead of the selection line, with the filter icon on the left, then Gezocht and, per search option used, the option name in grijs with the search condition. Then the small pencil is shown for changing the active search.
Het uitklapmenu rechts in de zoekregel heeft ook 3 opties:
The drop-down menu on the right in the search line also has 3 options:
- Wijzig zoekopdracht – voor het wijzigen van de actieve zoekopdracht,Wijzig zoekopdracht – for changing the active search,
- Overzicht selecties documenten – bij een klik op deze optie wordt het bestaande scherm Overzicht selecties documenten aangeroepen en wordt de Zoeken in de Suite-modus verlaten.Overzicht selecties documenten – on clicking this option the existing screen Overzicht selecties documenten is called up and the Zoeken in de Suite mode is left.
- Bewaar deze zoekopdracht als selectie – bij een klik op deze optie wordt het bestaande scherm Overzicht selecties zaken aangeroepen en wordt de Zoeken in de Suite-modus verlaten.Bewaar deze zoekopdracht als selectie – on clicking this option the existing screen Overzicht selecties zaken is called up and the Zoeken in de Suite mode is left.
Onder de zoekregel wordt het zoekresultaat getoond. De documenten worden getoond in de vorm van de onder elkaar staande documentregels met het icoontje van het bestandsformaat en zonder de documentregelrondjes.
Below the search line the search result is shown. The documents are shown in the form of the document lines placed below one another, with the icon of the file format and without the document line circles.
De documentregel bevat op de 1e regel de documentnaam welke door de beheerder van het document is opgegeven. In de 2e regel wordt de datum laatste versie getoond gevolgd door de naam van de documenteigenaar en het documenttype.
The document line contains on the 1st line the document name that has been given by the manager of the document. On the 2nd line the date of the last version is shown, followed by the name of the document owner and the document type.
Met een klik op een documentregel wordt het document geopend.
With a click on a document line the document is opened.
In het uitklapmenu van het document rechts van de documentregel worden de volgende opties getoond:
