Boven in het scherm ‘Checklists, verplichte km en documenten’ wordt de titel en direct daaronder het kruimelpad van de pagina getoond. Rechts bovenin het scherm wordt, indien er behandelrechten zijn voor de zaak, de knop/verwijzing ‘Sla checklist items op’ getoond. Hiermee worden de aangebrachte wijzigingen in de checklists vragen van de volgende status opgeslagen. Deze vragen worden ook bij de statusovergang getoond.
At the top of the screen ‘Checklists, verplichte km en documenten’ the title is shown, and directly below it the page's breadcrumb. At the top right of the screen, if there are handling rights for the case (zaak), the button/reference ‘Sla checklist items op’ is shown. With it, the changes made in the checklist questions of the next status are saved. These questions are also shown at the status transition.
Direct onder het kruimelpad wordt de zaakregel getoond. In deze zaakregel zie je in de 1e kolom de kleurenbalk van de zaak, vervolgens de zaaknaam, de behandelaar of verantwoordelijke afdelingen en tenslotte de kleine kleurenbalk met status, prioriteit en doorlooptijd (zie ook uitgebreide uitleg kleurenbalk).
Directly below the breadcrumb the zaak line is shown. In this zaak line you see, in the 1st column, the zaak's colour bar, then the zaak name, the handler or responsible departments and finally the small colour bar with status, priority and lead time (see also the extensive explanation of the colour bar).
Onder de zaakregel worden de reeds beantwoorde checklists van vorige statussen en nog te beantwoorden checklists van komende statussen getoond. Alleen de checklist vragen van de eerstvolgende status kunnen al vast beantwoord worden. Van de beantwoorde checklists wordt ook vermeld welke behandelaar wanneer de checklistvraag heeft beantwoord.
Below the zaak line the already answered checklists of previous statuses and the not yet answered checklists of coming statuses are shown. Only the checklist questions of the very next status can be answered in advance. Of the answered checklists it is also stated which handler answered the checklist question when.
Onder het checklist blok worden de verplichte kenmerken getoond voor de voorgaande en komende statussen. Bij de verplichte kenmerken van voorgaande statussen zal altijd staan dat ze ingevuld zijn. De verplichte kenmerken bij de komende statussen zal veelal staan ‘Nog niet ingevuld’ maar ze kunnen al wel ingevuld zijn via de K in de kleurenbalk.

The mandatory kenmerken at the coming statuses will mostly say ‘Nog niet ingevuld’, but they may already have been filled in through the K in the colour bar.
Als laatste blok worden de verplichte documenten getoond voor de voorgaande en komende statussen. Bij de verplichte documenten van voorgaande statussen zal altijd staan dat ze geplaatst zijn. De verplichte documenten bij de komende statussen zal veelal staan ‘Nog niet geplaatst’, maar ze kunnen al wel geplaatst zijn via het toevoegen van een document van het verplichte documenttype in het zaakdossier.
As the last block the mandatory documents for the preceding and coming statuses are shown. At the mandatory documents of preceding statuses it will always say that they have been placed. The mandatory documents at the coming statuses will mostly say ‘Nog niet geplaatst’, but they may already have been placed by adding a document of the mandatory document type in the zaakdossier.
Voor zowel Checklists, verplichte kenmerken en verplichte documenten, kan niet getoond worden wat bij het resultaat verplicht is. Het resultaat is immers pas bekend als de zaak is afgehandeld. Zodra de zaak is afgehandeld worden de eventuele beantwoorde Checklists, verplicht ingevulde kenmerken en verplichte geplaatste documenten getoond bij het betreffende onderdeel.
For Checklists, mandatory kenmerken and mandatory documents alike, what is mandatory at the result cannot be shown. After all, the result is only known once the zaak has been handled. As soon as the zaak has been handled, any answered Checklists, mandatorily filled-in kenmerken and mandatory placed documents are shown at the part in question.
