Zoek suggesties het resultaat van ingevoerde zoeksleutels worden ook getoond bij het invoeren van het zaaknummer, documentnummer, map/dossiernummer, geboortedatum, postcode, adres, bsn, kvknummer, vestigingsnummer en object voorafgegaan van een Zoeksleutel-letter. We noemen dit Virtuele zoeksleutels.
Search suggestions the result of entered search keys are also shown when entering the zaaknummer, documentnummer, map/dossiernummer, geboortedatum, postcode, adres, bsn, kvknummer, vestigingsnummer and object preceded by a search-key letter. We call these Virtuele zoeksleutels.

Suggesties worden getoond, zodra in het zoekveld minimaal drie karakters zijn ingetikt, die niet kunnen leiden tot een postcode+huisnummer.
Suggestions are shown as soon as at least three characters have been typed in the search field that cannot lead to a postcode+house number.
Bij het gebruik van zoeksleutels worden suggesties getoond onder het zoekveld van het actiescherm. Klikken op de suggestie is voldoende om direct naar het betreffende zoekresultaat te gaan. Indien 1 zoeksuggestie wordt getoond kan vanaf versie ook de ENTER knop gebruikt worden om direct naar het betreffende zoekresultaat te gaan. Als er meer zoeksuggesties worden getoond leidt een Enter tot het starten van een zoekopdracht.
When search keys are used, suggestions are shown below the search field of the action screen. Clicking on the suggestion is enough to go straight to the search result in question. If 1 search suggestion is shown, from version onwards the ENTER key can also be used to go straight to the search result in question. If more search suggestions are shown, an Enter leads to a search being started.

De ‘recent opgevraagde’ content rechts in het actievenster generiek zoeken is ook een vorm van een virtuele zoeksleutel.
The ‘recent opgevraagde’ content on the right in the generic search action window is also a form of virtual search key.
Zoals bij de klantcontactsessies wordt vastgelegd wat de laatst actieve content is, is dit ook mogelijk voor alle gebruikers met betrekking tot eerder gezochte content. Voor de gebruiker kan via generiek zoeken met één klik op de laatst opgevraagde content van de verschillende categorieën het eerder aangemaakte zoekresultaat opgehaald worden. Voordat een recent opgevraagde categorie wordt getoond zijn vanuit het eerdere opgevraagde zoekresultaten wel zoekcategorieën geselecteerd.
Just as it is recorded at the customer contact sessions what the most recently active content is, this is also possible for all users with regard to content searched for earlier. For the user, the search result created earlier can be retrieved through generic searching with one click on the most recently called-up content of the various categories. Before a recently called-up category is shown, search categories do have to have been selected from the search results called up earlier.
