Indien de postintake wordt gestart vanuit een locatie (bijvoorbeeld via virtuele zoeksleutel P+postcode+huisnummer) dan wordt in het 1e blok scherm1288 Locatie getoond waarbij het adres van de locatie wordt getoond. Indien de medewerker rechten heeft voor de postintake wordt de kaart niet getoond.
If the postintake is started from a location (through the virtual search key P+postcode+house number, for instance), then in the 1st block scherm1288 Locatie is shown, with the address of the location. If the member of staff has rights for the postintake, the map is not shown.
In het 2e blok wordt de titel Bewoners en correspondentie ten behoeve van postintake getoond. Hieronder worden eerst de burgers en/of bedrijven uit het gegevensmagazijn getoond met links voor de naam een icoontje om burger (inclusief geslacht indien bekend) of bedrijf (icoontje van een gebouw) aan te duiden.

Below it, the citizens and/or companies from the gegevensmagazijn are shown first, with on the left in front of the name an icon to designate a citizen (including the sex if known) or a company (an icon of a building).
Vervolgens worden burgers en/of bedrijven uit de correspondentie NAW-gegevens van deze locatie uit eerdere zaken getoond. Tussen het icoontje om burger/bedrijf aan te duiden en de naam wordt het icoontje van een zaak getoond. Met een klik op de naam van het bedrijf of de burger, die wel in het gegevensmagazijn voorkomt, wordt scherm1079 Burger of Bedrijf geopend. Met een klik op de naam van het bedrijf of de burger, die niet in het gegevensmagazijn voor komt, wordt scherm1277 Gestart op verzoek van geopend.

Onder de kop wordt de locatie getoond.

Vervolgens kan in het 2e blok van dit scherm het zaaktype geselecteerd worden via selecteer zaaktype.

Hierin zoek en selecteer je het (externe) zaaktype zoals bij de reguliere postintake. Na een zoekwoord zie je de resultaten waarbij de naam van het zaaktype, het verantwoordelijke organisatieonderdeel en/of de omschrijving van het zaaktype worden getoond.
Here you search for and select the (external) zaaktype as at the regular postintake. After a search word you see the results, in which the name of the zaaktype, the responsible part of the organisation and/or the description of the zaaktype are shown.
Bij een klik op het gevonden zaaktype wordt het virtuele webformulier gestart. De bij statustype 1 van het zaaktype aangegeven te tonen/verplichte kenmerktypen worden in het webformulier getoond. Hierna kunnen de documenten als de bijlag(n) worden toegevoegd.
On a click on the zaaktype found, the virtual web form is started. The attribute types (kenmerktypen) stated as to-be-shown/mandatory at statustype 1 of the zaaktype are shown in the web form. After this, the documents can be added as the attachment(s).
De NAW-gegevens van de aanvrager worden in het webformulier vooringevuld. Indien een optie namens deze burger of dit bedrijf wordt gebruikt worden de NAW-gegevens van de namens vooringevuld en moeten de aanvrager gegevens met de hand worden ingevuld. Vervolgens wordt het webformulier verstuurd.
The applicant's name-and-address details are pre-filled in the web form. If an option namens deze burger or dit bedrijf is used, the name-and-address details of the namens are pre-filled and the applicant details have to be filled in by hand. The web form is then sent.
Aan het in het zaakdossier geplaatste virtuele webformulier wordt altijd het generieke documenttype intake toegekend. Dit is een intern documenttype dus niet zichtbaar voor de klant.
The generic documenttype intake is always assigned to the virtual web form placed in the zaakdossier. This is an internal documenttype, so it is not visible to the customer.
