Voorwaarde voor het instellen van de Mozard office Add-in is dat jouw organisatie in Mozard en de technische infrastructuur de noodzakelijke voorbereidingen zijn uitgevoerd. Neem hiervoor contact op met jouw Mozard beheerder.
A precondition for setting up the Mozard office Add-in is that your organisation in Mozard and the technical infrastructure the necessary preparations have been carried out. Contact your Mozard manager about this.
Voor de Office add-in is de Office-code nodig. De Office-code heb je nodig om je profiel aan te kunnen sluiten op de MS Office-toepassing zodat je bijvoorbeeld Word-, Excel of Powerpoint documenten direct in Mozard kunt opslaan. Vanuit het profiel maak je via de optie Koppeling voor Office een Office-code aan. Klik op de knop Geef code om de code aan te maken. Deze code wordt getoond in het scherm vooraf gegaan door de volgende tekst: “De volgende code kan worden gebruikt om vanuit Office documenten naar Mozard te sturen: …”
The Office-code is needed for the Office add-in. You need the Office-code to be able to connect your profile to the MS Office application, so that you can save Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents directly in Mozard, for instance. From the profile you create an Office-code through the option Koppeling voor Office. Click the button Geef code to create the code. This code is shown in the screen, preceded by the following text: “De volgende code kan worden gebruikt om vanuit Office documenten naar Mozard te sturen: …”
De Office-code is een inloggegeven waarmee documenten naar een Mozard omgeving gestuurd kunnen worden. Je maakt je eigen code aan met de knop Geef code.
The Office-code is a credential with which documents can be sent to a Mozard environment. You create your own code with the button Geef code.
Indien wel een actieve Office-code aanwezig is wordt rechtsboven de knop Ontkoppel Office getoond. Na het klikken op deze knop wordt de volgcode inactief gemaakt. Hierdoor zal de Office Add-in niet meer werken.
If an active Office-code is present, the button Ontkoppel Office is shown at the top right. After clicking this button, the volgcode is made inactive. As a result the Office Add-in will no longer work.
Naast de Office-code heb je ook de 5 letterige omgevingscode nodig, als de voorbereidingen voor het instellen van de Mozard office Add-in is dat jouw organisatie zijn doorgevoerd is deze bekend bij jouw Mozard beheerder.
Besides the Office-code you also need the 5 letterige omgevingscode; if the preparations for setting up the Mozard office Add-in is that your organisation have been carried through, it is known to your Mozard manager.
