Klik vanuit zaakbeheer scherm rechts onder op de knop/verwijzing ‘Schort zaak op’.

Het is ook mogelijk de zaak op te schorten door via de kleurenbalk de O te activeren.

In het opschortscherm moet het aantal dagen bewaking en de reden van opschorting worden opgegeven. Naast de bewaking op aantal dagen kan ook opgegeven worden op welke datum de O in kleurenbalk rood moet worden?

Indien de zaak is opgeschort wordt het kleurenbalk item O behorende bij de zaak oranje.

Veelal stuurt de behandelaar de aanvrager een verzoek om aanvullende informatie.

Het schriftelijke antwoord van de aanvrager zal door DIV als scan toegevoegd worden aan de zaak. Een mail reactie met de eventuele bijlage van de aanvrager worden rechtstreeks in het zaakdossier geplaatst als ongelezen documenten. In beide gevallen wordt het kleurenbalk item D behorende bij de zaak rood (nog X document(en) ongelezen).

Het eventuele signaleringsbericht wordt direct verstuurd vanuit de achtergrondprocedure, ook als de startdatum in het verleden of de toekomst ligt. De inhoud van het signaleringsbericht is gelijk bij een startdatum in het verleden, vandaag of in de toekomst. Wel kan datum opschorting via de sjabloonfunctie met xml-tag [=ZKO_DATUMGESTART=] worden vooringevuld.
