Hoe is scherm1524 ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ ingericht bij zaken en objecten?How is scherm1524 ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ set up at cases (zaken) and objects?
Het scherm1524 ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ kan worden geopend vanuit het tabblad-item ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ vanuit een zaak of object.
The scherm1524 ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ can be opened from the tab item ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ from a zaak or object.
In dit scherm worden de gerelateerde documenten getoond uit het zaak- of objectdossier en/of uit de gerelateerde objecten en/of uit de gerelateerde zaken. Dit is afhankelijk van het ingestelde filter.
In this screen the related documents from the zaak or object dossier and/or from the related objects and/or from the related zaken are shown. This depends on the filter that has been set.
Rechtsboven in het scherm staat het kruimelpad waarbij de laatste kruimel het selectienummer weergeeft en indien de selectie is opgeslagen de selectienaam.
At the top right of the screen is the breadcrumb trail, in which the last crumb displays the selection number and, if the selection has been saved, the selection name.
Indien de selectie niet actueel is wordt de knop Ververs getoond om de selectie weer actueel te maken.
If the selection is not up to date, the Ververs button is shown in order to bring the selection up to date again.
Rechts van het tabblad wordt de content van de ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ getoond.
To the right of the tab, the content of the ‘Gerelateerde documenten’ is shown.
In de kop wordt “Selectie gerelateerde documenten” getoond en daaronder, indien zoals hierboven al genoemd het geen actuele selectie betreft, wordt een melding getoond ‘Dit zijn de resultaten van [datum met tijdstip]. Klik voor de actuele resultaten op de knop “Ververs”!’

Vervolgens wordt de ‘selectieregel’ getoond met de actieve selectie bijvoorbeeld: Geselecteerd alle documenten uit dossiers van deze zaak/object en gerelateerde zaken en objecten per [dag/datum + tijd]

Met een klik op de selectieregel of het potloodje wordt het pop-up venster ‘Wijzigen selectie gerelateerde documenten’ geopend waarmee de actieve selectie kan worden aangepast.
With a click on the selection line or on the small pencil, the pop-up window ‘Wijzigen selectie gerelateerde documenten’ is opened, with which the active selection can be changed.

Indien bij de selectie bij de selectieregel ‘Categorie’ de optie ‘te wijzigen in alle dossiers en mappen’ of ‘te wijzigen in dit dossier’ en bij selectieregel ‘Documenttype’ een documenttype is geselecteerd, dan wordt onder het overzicht het Dirigentje getoond met de optie Bulkactie: Wijzig kenmerk om de waarde bij documentkenmerken in bulk te kunnen wijzigen. If, in the selection at the selection line ‘Categorie’, the option ‘te wijzigen in alle dossiers en mappen’ or ‘te wijzigen in dit dossier’ has been chosen and a documenttype has been selected at the selection line ‘Documenttype’, then the Dirigentje is shown below the overview with the option Bulkactie: Wijzig kenmerk, so that the value at documentkenmerken can be changed in bulk. Als er nog geen selectie is bij documenten van een object of zaak, wordt de ingestelde standaardselectie uit het zaaktype of de registratie getoond. Als deze standaardselectie niet bestaat, worden alle documenten (incl. uit zaak/registratie dossiers) getoond door hier automatisch een selectie van te maken.
If there is no selection yet at the documents of an object or zaak, the default selection set in the zaaktype or the registration is shown. If this default selection does not exist, all documents (incl. those from zaak/registration dossiers) are shown, by automatically making a selection of them.
Onder de selectieregel wordt het selectie resultaat getoond met in de kop, de titel ‘Documenten’. Rechts in de kop van het resultaat staat ‘Gesorteerd op’ met de volgende selecteerbare opties:

Net als bij de zaakbak druppelen de resultaten op het scherm. De documenten worden getoond in de vorm van de onder elkaar staande documentregels met het icoontje van het bestandsformaat en zonder de documentregelrondjes. Met een klik op een document wordt deze geopend.
As with the zaakbak, the results trickle onto the screen. The documents are shown in the form of the document lines placed one below the other, with the icon of the file format and without the document line circles. With a click on a document it is opened.
Via het uitklapmenu rechts kunnen de volgende opties geactiveerd worden:

De documentnaam betreft altijd de door de beheerder van het document opgegeven naam van het document. Dit is dus de naam welke in scherm0703 bij ‘Kenmerken document, zichtbaar in alle dossiers en mappen’ wordt getoond.
The document name is always the name of the document given by the document's manager. So this is the name that is shown in scherm0703 at ‘Kenmerken document, zichtbaar in alle dossiers en mappen’.
Documenten met het documenttype ‘ZaakXML’ zijn uitgesloten van de documentselecties. De bestandsextensie wordt alleen getoond als deze niet bekend is in de tabel documentformaat.
Documents with the documenttype ‘ZaakXML’ are excluded from the document selections. The file extension is only shown if it is not known in the documentformaat table.
