Het zoeken naar informatie over producten en diensten gebeurt via het loepje naar het actiemenu generiek zoeken rechtsboven in het scherm: hier typ je je zoekwoord in.
Searching for information about products and services is done through the little magnifying glass to the generic search action menu at the top right of the screen: here you type in your search word.
Als je eerst de zoekcategorie Onderwerp of Veelgestelde vraag (VAC) selecteert worden alleen zoeksuggesties en/of zoekresultaten getoond die betrekking hebben op Antwoord onderwerpen.
If you first select the search category Onderwerp or Veelgestelde vraag (VAC), only search suggestions and/or search results are shown that relate to Antwoord topics.
In sommige gevallen zijn antwoordonderwerpen voorzien van zoeksleutels: wanneer je zoekwoord overeenkomt met een ingestelde zoeksleutel toont Mozard zoeksuggesties. Het kan gebeuren dat de suggesties niet het gewenste resultaat opleveren: door op de knop Zoek rechts onderin het actiescherm te klikken of een Enter te geven, zal Mozard zoeken op het ingegeven zoekwoord of zoekwoorden.
In some cases Antwoord topics have been given zoeksleutels: when your search word matches a zoeksleutel that has been set, Mozard shows search suggestions. It can happen that the suggestions do not produce the desired result: by clicking the Zoek button at the bottom right of the action screen, or by pressing Enter, Mozard will search on the search word or search words entered.
Indien je vooraf geen zoekcategorie hebt geselecteerd kun je vanuit het zoekresultaat je opdracht verfijnen door aan te geven via de getoonde zoekcategorieën of je zoekopdracht betrekking heeft op Antwoord, documenten, zaken enz.
If you have not selected a search category beforehand, you can refine your instruction from the search result by indicating, through the search categories shown, whether your search relates to Antwoord, documents, cases (zaken) etc.
Tevens kan je ook de periode instellen waarbinnen je zoekt.
