Het is nu mogelijk bij een dossiertype een standaard mapindeling te configureren. Bij het aanmaken van een object binnen de registratie wordt deze standaard mapindeling gebruikt om submappen en subsubmappen aan te maken met dezelfde namen en sortering.

Bijvoorbeeld: bij het registratie ‘X’ is gewenst dat alle medewerkers de objectdossiers op dezelfde wijze opbouwen. Om deze indeling op te stellen maak je een gewone map aan met eventueel submappen. Onthoud van deze map het mapnummer. Vervolgens voer je in het registratiebeheerscherm bij het veld Standaard mapindeling submappen het nummer van de zojuist gemaakte hoofdmap in.

To draw up this structure you create an ordinary folder with subfolders if applicable. Remember this folder's folder number. Then, in the registration management screen, you enter the number of the main folder you have just made at the Standaard mapindeling submappen field.
