Als je postintake rechten hebt wordt rechtsboven de actieknop Start postintake m.b.t. deze klant getoond. Activeer deze knop voor het starten van de postintake via een virtueel webformulier.
If you have postintake rights, the action button Start postintake m.b.t. deze klant is shown at the top right. Activate this button to start the postintake through a virtual web form.
De ‘Postintake via een virtueel webformulier’ is een alternatief voor de bestaande postintake met scan documenten. Op basis van een virtueel webformulier met bijlage(n) is deze wijze van post inboeken gerealiseerd. Hiervoor moet wel eerst het papieren poststuk als digitaal document bewaard worden.
The ‘Postintake via een virtueel webformulier’ is an alternative to the existing postintake with scanned documents. This way of booking in post has been realised on the basis of a virtual web form with attachment(s). For this, the paper item of post does first have to be saved as a digital document.
Het is hierbij nu ook mogelijk om bij statustype 1 van het zaaktypebeheer de kenmerktypen te wijzigen. Per kenmerktype worden de keuzerondjes ‘niet tonen’, ‘tonen’ en ‘verplicht’ getoond.
It is now also possible here to change the attribute types (kenmerktypen) at status type 1 of the zaaktype management. Per kenmerktype the radio buttons ‘niet tonen’, ‘tonen’ and ‘verplicht’ are shown.
Het bij het zaaktype aangegeven Documenttype waarmee zaak wordt gestart (aanvraag) en Documenttype bijlage waarmee zaak wordt gestart worden als bijlage via slepen als invoerveld getoond in het virtuele webformulier. De ‘aanvraag’ en bijlage zijn net zoals bij de ‘normale’ postintake, de gescande brief (in PDF formaat) en als bijlage de gescande (in PDF formaat) bijlage bij de brief. Met de ‘verkenner’ sleep je de documenten naar de bovengenoemde invoer velden.

The ‘aanvraag’ and attachment are, just as with the ‘normal’ postintake, the scanned letter (in PDF format) and, as an attachment, the scanned (in PDF format) attachment to the letter. The generic document type ‘intake’ is always assigned to the completed virtual web form for the purposes of the postintake. This is an ‘internal’ document type, so not visible to the customer. The virtual web form as a postintake can be filled in in the following ways:
- post ontvangen van een burger (vanuit scherm ‘locatie’, scherm ‘burger’ of correspondentie klantgegevens uit eerdere zaak);post received from a citizen (from the screen ‘locatie’, the screen ‘burger’ or correspondence customer data from an earlier case (zaak));
- post ontvangen van een andere burger namens deze (geselecteerde) burger;post received from another citizen on behalf of this (selected) citizen;
- post ontvangen van een bedrijf namens deze (geselecteerde) burger;post received from a company on behalf of this (selected) citizen;
- post ontvangen van een bedrijf (vanuit scherm ‘locatie’, scherm ‘bedrijf’ of correspondentie klantgegevens uit eerdere zaak);post received from a company (from the screen ‘locatie’, the screen ‘bedrijf’ or correspondence customer data from an earlier zaak);
- post ontvangen van een ander bedrijf namens dit (geselecteerde) bedrijf.post received from another company on behalf of this (selected) company.
Vervolgens Zoek je het zaaktype zoals bij ‘normale’ postintake en wordt het webformulier ingevuld, bijlage(n) toegevoegd en verstuurd.
Then you Zoek the zaaktype as with the ‘normal’ postintake, and the web form is filled in, attachment(s) added and it is sent.
Bij optie 1 hierboven wordt bij een burger, die geheimhouding van de persoonsgegevens heeft aangevraagd, bij schermstap ‘Aanvrager’ van het virtuele webformulier wel de adresgegevens getoond.
With option 1 above, in the case of a citizen who has requested confidentiality of their personal data, the address details are shown at the form step ‘Aanvrager’ of the virtual web form.
