De vestigingen bij een bedrijf worden normaal gesproken direct onder de hoofdvestiging van dat bedrijf, in hetzelfde scherm, getoond. Hierbij worden ook de kaartlocaties en detailinformatie van de vestigingen getoond. Het kan echter voorkomen dat een bedrijf veel nevenvestigingen heeft.
The branches at a company are normally shown directly below the main branch of that company, in the same screen. The map locations and detailed information of the branches are shown along with them. It can happen, however, that a company has many secondary branches.
In dit geval van veel nevenvestigingen kan het enige tijd duren voordat het volledige scherm wordt weergegeven; er wordt een aanzienlijke performance gevraagd om alle gegevens snel voor de gebruiker op het scherm te krijgen. Om deze reden is een aanpassing in deze functionaliteit gedaan, die het aantal direct getoonde nevenvestigingen beperkt tot vijf (5). Wanneer er meer dan vijf nevenvestigingen bij een bedrijf aanwezig zijn wordt, in plaats van het volledige overzicht, een lijst van klikbare nevenvestigingen getoond. Dit voorkomt een tragere performance, en geeft de gebruiker dus eenvoudig inzicht in de aanwezige nevenvestigingen. Door op een nevenvestiging te klikken komt de gebruiker in het scherm van die vestiging.
In this case of many secondary branches, it can take some time before the complete screen is displayed; considerable performance is required to get all the data onto the screen quickly for the user. For this reason a change has been made in this functionality, which limits the number of secondary branches shown directly to five (5). When more than five secondary branches are present at a company, a list of clickable secondary branches is shown instead of the complete overview. This prevents slower performance, and therefore gives the user easy insight into the secondary branches present. By clicking a secondary branch, the user arrives at the screen of that branch.
