It is possible to distribute folders/dossiers with documents when your organisation has made an FTP distribution cloud available, in which a subfolder has been created named after the login code you use in Mozard (in lower case).
Het is aan de organisatie om in de hoofdmap per medewerker een submap aan te maken met als naam de in Mozard gebruikte inlogcode in kleine letters.
It is up to the organisation to create a subfolder in the main folder for each member of staff, named after the login code used in Mozard, in lower case.
Veelal zal de afdeling ICT van jouw organisatie de submappen aanmaken op de distributie server en je toegang geven tot deze submap.
Usually the ICT department of your organisation will create the subfolders on the distribution server and give you access to this subfolder.
Heb je als medewerker meerdere functieverbanden, dan worden de Mozard mappen van de verschillende functieverbanden naar dezelfde submap van de documentserver gedistribueerd.
If you as a member of staff have several functieverbanden, the Mozard folders of the various functieverbanden are distributed to the same subfolder of the document server.
Geef je als medewerker in Mozard aan distributie te willen (via menuoptie Profiel), dan controleert Mozard de aanwezigheid van deze submap.
If you as a member of staff indicate in Mozard that you want distribution (through the menu option Profiel), Mozard checks whether this subfolder is present.
Indien niet aanwezig, zal een melding verschijnen en is distributie niet mogelijk.
