Hoe zijn de (sub)submap of -dossier kenmerken samengesteld?How are the (sub)subfolder or -dossier attributes (kenmerken) composed?
Het eerste wat opvalt bij het aanmaken van een submap, is dat je bijna niets hoeft te regelen.
The first thing that stands out when creating a subfolder is that you hardly have to arrange anything.
In het veld naam vul je de naam van de nieuw aan te maken submap in. Desgewenst kun je nog een omschrijving aan de submap toevoegen. Vervolgens klik je op de knop sla op om op te slaan.
In the field naam you fill in the name of the subfolder to be created. If you wish, you can add a description to the subfolder as well. Then you click the button sla op to save.
In het rechter menu staat een verwijzing Meer kenmerken als je hierop klikt kun je nog meer informatie kwijt, zoals: koptitel, koptekst, voettitel, voettekst en de sorteerprioriteit.
In the right-hand menu there is a reference Meer kenmerken; if you click it, you can enter still more information, such as: koptitel, koptekst, voettitel, voettekst and the sorteerprioriteit.
De verwijzing Minder kenmerken brengt je weer terug naar het vorige scherm.
The reference Minder kenmerken takes you back to the previous screen.
In de submap wordt niets geregeld omtrent publicatieniveau's of rechten (autorisatie). Dit komt omdat de rechten via de hoofdmap overgeërfd worden. De maprechten worden altijd en enkel op het niveau van de hoofdmap bepaald.
Nothing is arranged in the subfolder about publicatieniveau's or rights (authorisation). This is because the rights are inherited through the main folder. The folder rights are always and only determined at the level of the main folder.
