Collega’s die gebruik maken van Mozard Klantcontacten wil je zo min mogelijk laten zoeken en klikken. Om dit te realiseren kun je frequent gevraagde/geraadpleegde informatie beschikbaar stellen via het startscherm van Klantcontacten.

You want colleagues who use Mozard Klantcontacten to have to search and click as little as possible. To achieve this you can make frequently asked/consulted information available through the start screen of Klantcontacten.

1. Maak eerst een VAC aan voor de gewenste informatie via Antwoord beheer.First create a VAC for the information you want through Antwoord beheer.
2. Klik vervolgens in het beheerscherm van de kcc-rol op het rechtermenu.Then, in the kcc-rol's management screen, click the right-hand menu.
3. Klik vervolgens op koppel VAC.Then click koppel VAC.
4. Klik op Maak een keuze om de gewenste VAC op te zoeken.Click Maak een keuze to look up the VAC you want.
5. Geef vervolgens de sorteerprioriteit aan op het startscherm tussen de overige gekoppelde VAC’s en bepaal in welke kolom de VAC getoond moet worden. (advies is maximaal 2 kolommen)Then indicate the sorting priority on the start screen among the other linked VACs and determine in which column the VAC has to be shown. (the advice is a maximum of 2 columns)
6. Klik op Koppel VAC.Click Koppel VAC.
