Waarom en hoe maak ik een zaaktype specifiek afbreekresultaattype?Why and how do I create a case type (zaaktype)-specific abort result type?
In scherm0856 ‘Beheren resultaattypen bij zaaktype’ wordt voortaan naast de zaaktype-specifieke resultaattypen ook de generieke afbreekresultaattypen en de zaaktype specifieke afbreekresultaattypen getoond.
In scherm0856 ‘Beheren resultaattypen bij zaaktype’, from now on the generic abort result types and the zaaktype-specific abort result types are shown alongside the zaaktype-specific result types.
Het voordeel van zaaktype specifieke afbreekresultaattypen is dat bij het afbreken van een zaak met een zaaktype specifieke afbreekresultaattype de kenmerken van het resultaattype afgestemd kunnen worden op het zaaktype. In het e-mailbericht kan met de XML tags (kenmerken) de kenmerken van de zaak vooringevuld worden. Ook kunnen de documenttypen en kenmerkentypen van het zaaktype als verplicht toe te voegen ingesteld worden. Het heeft dus alle opties als een zaaktype specifiek resultaattype.
The advantage of zaaktype-specific abort result types is that when a zaak is aborted with a zaaktype-specific abort result type, the result type's attributes (kenmerken) can be attuned to the zaaktype. - via een klik op de resultaattypenaam (versie) en vervolgens de optie ‘Wijzig instellingen’ via het zwevende Dirigentje;by clicking the result type name (version) and then the option ‘Wijzig instellingen’ through the floating Dirigentje;
- via het uitklapmenu uiterst rechts in de resultaattype regel met ook de optie ‘Wijzig instellingen’.through the drop-down menu on the far right in the result type line, which also has the option ‘Wijzig instellingen’.
Het beheerscherm van de afbreekresultaattype instellingen is niet gelijk aan het mutatiescherm. Bij het “wijzigen” van de afbreekresultaattype instellingen wordt het bestaande generieke afbreekresultaattype echter niet gewijzigd, maar er wordt een nieuw zaaktype specifiek afbreekresultaattype aangemaakt.
The management screen for the abort result type settings is not the same as the change screen. When the abort result type settings are “changed”, however, the existing generic abort result type is not changed; instead a new zaaktype-specific abort result type is created.
Het is dus niet mogelijk de instellingen en archiefkenmerken van het generieke afbreekresultaattype te wijzigen.
So it is not possible to change the settings and archive kenmerken of the generic abort result type.
Het verschil met het wijzigen van een zaaktype-specifieke resultaattypen is dat het blok ‘Wat te doen?’ ontbreekt en in het 1e blok worden in het mutatievenster onder de regel met de resultaattypenaam de volgende 2 regels getoond:
The difference from changing a zaaktype-specific result type is that the ‘Wat te doen?’ block is missing, and in the 1st block the following 2 lines are shown in the change window under the line with the result type name:

Het tweede blok ‘Scherm ‘Afbreken zaak’ bij het selecteren van dit resultaattype’ is gelijk aan het tweede blok van het zaaktype-specifieke resultaattype ‘Scherm ‘Afhandelen zaak’ bij het selecteren van dit resultaattype’.

Ook het laatste blok ‘E-mailsignalering na het ‘Afbreken zaak’ met dit resultaattype’ is gelijk aan het laatste blok van het zaaktype-specifieke resultaattype ‘E-mailsignalering na het ‘Afhandelen zaak’ met dit resultaattype’.
The last block, ‘E-mailsignalering na het ‘Afbreken zaak’ met dit resultaattype’, is likewise the same as the last block of the zaaktype-specific result type, ‘E-mailsignalering na het ‘Afhandelen zaak’ met dit resultaattype’.
Het ‘aangepaste’ generieke afbreekresultaattype is niet meer beschikbaar bij de specifieke versie van het zaaktype en de bijbehorende zaken, of het specifieke afbreekresultaattype moet zijn verwijderd bij het zaaktype. Bij bijvoorbeeld eventuele vorige versies van het zaaktype/zaken zal dan het generieke afbreekresultaattype nog wel te zien zijn.
The ‘adapted’ generic abort result type is no longer available with the specific version of the zaaktype and the associated cases (zaken), or the specific abort result type has to have been removed at the zaaktype. With any previous versions of the zaaktype/zaken, for example, the generic abort result type will then still be visible.
