Er is sprake van meerdere postscan categorieën als bij de scanstraat inrichting gebruik gemaakt wordt van meerdere inkomende kanalen of indien een medewerker postintake voor een specifieke afdeling werkt waarvoor in de scansoftware een categorie is aangemaakt.
There are several postscan categories if several incoming channels are used in the set-up of the scanning line, or if a member of staff works on post intake for a specific department for which a category has been created in the scanning software.
Activeer een postcategorie om de scans van die categorie te beoordelen. Via het overzicht worden alle scans van een categorie zichtbaar. Als je niet de beschikking over ‘barcodepistool’ hebt kun je van een specifieke scan de barcode kopiëren en plakken in het zoekveld van de scancontrole categorie. (kopieer alleen de barcode bijvoorbeeld: MPZDR201101042222).
Activate a post category to assess the scans of that category. Through the overview all scans of a category become visible. If you do not have a ‘barcodepistool’ at your disposal, you can copy the barcode of a specific scan and paste it in the search field of the scan check category. (copy only the barcode, for example: MPZDR201101042222).
Het is ook mogelijk via de systeem Parameter INDPOSTINTAKEZONDERCONTROLE de controle uit te schakelen. Via de moderne scansoftware kan deze controle al eerder zijn uitgevoerd. (Vraag de lokale functioneel beheerder voor meer informatie)
It is also possible to switch off the check through the system parameter INDPOSTINTAKEZONDERCONTROLE. Through the modern scanning software this check may already have been carried out earlier. (Ask the local functioneel beheerder for more information)
