Als de post gescand is moet deze nog in Mozard geïndexeerd worden, dat gebeurt een 4 keer per dag automatisch (10:45 | 12:45 | 15:45 | 17:45), echter om te garanderen dat alle scans ook beschikbaar zijn kan de scanbatch ook handmatig worden uitgevoerd. Dit gaat als volgt.
