Hoe is het scherm ‘Gestart op verzoek/namens’ opgebouwd?How is the screen ‘Gestart op verzoek/namens’ put together?
Als de aanvrager een burger of een bedrijf betreft is deze al gevuld als het verzoek of de melding binnenkomt als zaak. In de zaak wordt de aanvrager en de eventuele namens getoond in het blok ‘Klant’.
If the applicant is a citizen or a company, this has already been filled when the request or the report comes in as a case (zaak). In the zaak, the applicant and the namens, if there is one, are shown in the block ‘Klant’.
Namens is de belanghebbende klant, de aanvrager is, bij aanwezigheid van een Namens, diegene die namens de klant de aanvraag of melding heeft ingediend. Als er dus geen namens aanwezig is de aanvrager de klant en belanghebbende.
Namens is the interested customer; the applicant is, when a Namens is present, the person who submitted the application or report on behalf of the customer. So if no namens is present, the applicant is the customer and the interested party.
Met een klik op de aanvrager of de namens worden de correspondentiegegevens getoond.
Clicking the applicant or the namens shows the correspondence details.
Op de 1e regel wordt het kruimelpad met de zaaktypenaam, zaaknummer en schermnaam ‘op verzoek van’ of ‘op verzoek namens’ getoond. Rechts staan 3 of 4 knoppen afhankelijk of de burger of het bedrijf aan een voorkomen in het gegevensmagazijn is gekoppeld:
