Hoe en in welk dossier worden de verstuurde en ontvangen mailberichten geplaatst?How, and in which dossier, are the sent and received e-mail messages placed?
Verstuurde en ontvangen e-mailberichten (formaat EML) worden geplaatst in het subdossier van de zaak Mail — of een andere naam die bij de configuratie is vastgelegd. Indien er in het zaaktype hierover niets is ingesteld komen de in- en uitgaande mailberichten in het hoofddossier van de zaak terecht, hoewel dit minder overzichtelijk is.
Sent and received e-mail messages (EML format) are placed in the case (zaak)'s Mail sub-dossier — or another name that was recorded at configuration. If nothing has been set about this in the case type (zaaktype), the incoming and outgoing e-mail messages end up in the zaak's main dossier, although this is less clear.
De mailberichten zijn te openen met je eigen mailprogramma. Het is wellicht handiger om PDF'en aan te zetten voor alle zaaktypen zodat de berichten als PDF in de browser gelezen kunnen worden. Ook reacties op het bericht van klanten, collega's of adviseurs worden in hetzelfde subdossier geplaatst.
The e-mail messages can be opened with your own e-mail program. It is perhaps more convenient to switch on PDF conversion for all zaaktypen, so that the messages can be read as PDFs in the browser. Replies to the message from customers, colleagues or advisers are also placed in the same sub-dossier.
Bij het raadplegen van het e-mailbericht worden standaard de Blinde kopie-geadresseerden (bcc) niet getoond. Alleen met beheerrechten op het document kan men vanuit het scherm met de verschillende documentversies (V in documentregel rondjes (kleurenbalk)) het e-mailbericht mét de Blinde kopie-geadresseerden aanroepen.
When consulting the e-mail message, the blind copy (bcc) addressees are not shown by default. Only with management rights on the document can one, from the screen with the various document versions (the V in the document line circles (colour bar)), call up the e-mail message with the blind copy addressees.
Weergave van e-mailberichten vanaf Opus 9Display of e-mail messages from Opus 9 onwards
Vanaf Opus 9 is de weergave van e-mailberichten in een (e-mail)map of dossier aangepast. Deze weergave is nu meer conform de weergave van e-mails in een e-mailprogramma. Als een dossier of de submap met e-mailberichten wordt geopend, wordt in het blok Zaakdossier of de mapnaam aan de linkerkant van deze regel Geselecteerd getoond met de volgende opties:
From Opus 9 onwards, the display of e-mail messages in an (e-mail) folder or dossier has been changed. This display is now more in line with how e-mails are displayed in an e-mail program. When a dossier, or the subfolder with e-mail messages, is opened, Geselecteerd is shown in the Zaakdossier block or the folder name on the left-hand side of this line, with the following options:

Worden alleen e-mailberichten getoond (zoals in een submap Mail), dan worden op de documentregel van het e-mailbericht extra icoontjes getoond:
If only e-mail messages are shown (as in a Mail subfolder), extra icons are shown on the e-mail message's document line:
- een icoon of het een ontvangen/binnenkomend e-mailbericht betreft;an icon for whether it is a received/incoming e-mail message;
- een icoon of het een verstuurd/uitgaand e-mailbericht betreft;an icon for whether it is a sent/outgoing e-mail message;
