Indien de zaak niet ontvankelijk wordt bevonden wordt de zaak voortijdig afgerond door het kiezen van een bijzonder resultaat of afbreken zaak. Een bijzonder resultaat doorloopt niet alle statussen.
If the zaak is found not to be admissible, the zaak is finished early by choosing a special result, or afbreken zaak. A special result does not go through all the statuses.
Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan de situatie dat de aanvrager zijn aanvraag intrekt, de informatie niet compleet is of (intern) de parafering ontbreekt. Via Bijzonder Resultaat wordt de zaak dus voortijdig afgerond.
Think here, for instance, of the situation where the applicant withdraws their request, the information is not complete, or (internally) the initialling is missing. So through Bijzonder Resultaat the zaak is finished early.
Klik op de muziekspeler-knop, op het zaakregelrondje of via het ‘Dirigentje’ op de knop ‘Breek zaak af’. De knop wordt enkel getoond indien je afbreekrechten hebt voor zaken van het betreffende zaaktype.
Click the muziekspeler button, the zaakregel circle, or through the ‘Dirigentje’ the ‘Breek zaak af’ button. The button is only shown if you have break-off rights for cases (zaken) of the case type (zaaktype) in question.
Het pop-up actievenster dat dan geopend wordt heeft de titel ‘Afbreken zaak’ en toont links in het contentvenster de tekst ‘Kies resultaat’ en rechts keuzerondjes met de te selecteren bijzondere- of afbreekresultaattypen.

Na een klik op een bijzonder resultaattype wordt het resultaatscherm getoond zoals bij een gewoon resultaat. Rechtsonder wordt naast de grijze knop ‘× Annuleer’ een groene knop ‘Breek zaak af en toon zaken’ getoond. Met een klik uiterst rechts op het groene blokje met pijltje omhoog wordt de optie ‘Breek zaak af en toon zaak’ getoond.

At the bottom right, next to the grey ‘× Annuleer’ button, a green ‘Breek zaak af en toon zaken’ button is shown. With a click on the far right on the small green block with an up arrow, the option ‘Breek zaak af en toon zaak’ is shown.
